This Himalayan Singing Bowl Immersion is a perfect opportunity for absolute beginners as well as for people who already have experience and would like to gain more skills, confidence and understanding in how to work with bronze Himalayan bowls (often called Tibetan Singing bowls). Hundreds of people have taken these courses are now using the bowls in their personal and professional lives. With wonderful results for some, it has become part of a life path, blending healing, sound and consciousness.

Level 1 summary:
1. Brief history, use and benefits of Singing Bowls.
2. Basic singing bowl taping or string techniques.
3. Self-massage technique with 1 bowl.
4. Back massage technique with 2 bowls.
5. Cleaning auric field with 1 bowl.
6. Clean spaces with 1 bowl or more.
7. (How to tuning) practicing atentive listening
8. How to select a bowl
9. Simple and practical exercises with Bowls to integrate them as a Therapist
10.Practice, practice, practice in pairs or single
11. We will study how the singing bowls frequencies and sounds effect the body's energy field as well as the brain waves.
Includes:
-Diploma on completion of the course
-Follow-up after finishing the workshop.
-We have enough bowls for the practices,
-The workshop ends with the opportunity to purchase your own singing bowl or a group of bowls
-There will be small breaks between breakfast and lunch
These workshops are specially beneficial for yoga and meditation instructors, public in general, as well as any type of holistic health practitioners and therapists.

FACILITATOR:
Siddha Sandra was born in Mexico City. For over 4 years Siddha has facilitated many workshops, meditations and concerts with bronze bowls of the Himalayas.
She has studied under singing bowl masters such as Frank Perry (from London), Karma Moffet (USA) and follows Mitch Nur from 9 ways academy (USA). She has worked with long time collaborator Geoffrey Torkington on such projects as "Tepoz Cuencos Tepoztlan" and for the singing bowl therapists community called "The Elephant Bowl" in Mexico.
Her singing bowl journey has taken her around the world; giving meditative concerts in Mexico, Germany, Belgium and Costa Rica, also creating workshops in Mexico, Costa Rica and Canada.
For the past 20 years she has followed her heart, discovering her spirituality through different paths, she's traveled and lived as a citizen of the world in countries such as India, Belgium and the USA. Her trips include the study of Indu philosophy while living in Ashramas.
Siddha practices Kirtana and Naad Yoga in other words "the yoga of sound". She learned Kirtana and harmonium in West Bengal, India and in 2016 she began her vocal training in Dhrupad (classical song of northern India) with the Gundeecha Brothers.
